Lack of Federal Presence in Bayelsa; Sen. Ben Bruce Indicts Jonathan.

Senator Ben Bruce has indirectly indicted his party the PDP and former President Goodluck Jonathan in the alleged marginalization of Bayelsa state.
Senator Ben Murray-Bruce who is the chairman of the Senate committee on Privatization, led members of his team to inspect some Federal roads in his homestate, Bayelsa state yesterday and he was deeply angered by what he saw. Expressing himself via social media this morning, he wrote
“Yesterday, committee members and I, went on inspection of federal roads in Bayelsa state. It is sad that there is no federal project ongoing in Bayelsa. The last time a federal road was commissioned in Bayelsa was during the time of Gen. Yakubu Gowon. Those roads are now dilapidated! See Nembe-Brass, no road! I am sad and angry, and so are members of my committee. We will see to it that these roads are included in next year’s budget!”.

This is clearly an indictment of Senator Ben Bruce kinsman and Benefactor Former President Goodluck Jonathan who was president for six years yet could not construct any road in Bayelsa state despite coming from there.
